Valentine's Day can bring about all kinds of feelings and emotions regarding your relationship status. My first Valentine's Day after I left my husband was a reminder of how unpredictable romantic relationships can be. Now that I'm in a loving and supportive relationship, I understand what true love is.

But Valentine's Day shouldn't only be centered on your relationship status. It is also about self-love and reminding others how much we love them.

I spent this Valentine's Day with Thread Talk interns passing out Valentine's Day cards to local domestic violence shelters. I also had the opportunity to join my Rotary Club later in the day to pass out teddy bears to children at Levine's Children's Hospital. We can all make a difference in the lives of others!

Today I challenge you all to: 💜 Do what makes you happy 💜 Be with who makes you smile 💜 Laugh as much as you breathe 💜 Love as long as you live 💜 Remember that you are strong. You are loved. You are not alone!
